SALT LAKE CITY MISSION TRIP

I understand that David will do his absolute best to find a route to Salt Lake City that tries to balance cost with efficiency.  I understand that I might not like the specific route or times we are traveling, but I agree to have a GREAT attitude and I agree to BE FLEXIBLE.  I also understand that traveling will make me tired, and I commit to being a team player, serving others, and not complaining if things do not go as I would like.

PURPOSE OF THE TRIP

We have ministry partners in Salt Lake City and we are trying to establish an open pipeline where students experience Salt Lake through short-term, mid-term, and long-term trips.  We are going as a VISION trip, with the intent of being trained, observing the area, and encouraging the pastors with whom we have relationships.

DATES FOR THE TRIP

We are looking at leaving either THURSDAY PM on March 3rd or early FRIDAY AM on March 4 - just depends on the flights, but we need to be in Salt Lake City by Saturday AM.  With this in mind, you need to make sure you can leave at this time.  If you have to be in class on Friday, we probably won't be able to make it work.

We will most likely return on the late night flight on Tuesday, March 8th and arrive in Myrtle Beach on March 9 in the morning.

SAMPLE ITINERARY

March 3/4 - Travel Days 
March 5 - training and visiting PROVO
March 6 - worship in PROVO and afternoon somewhere else
March 7 - visit church planter 
March 8 - visit church planter - late night flight home
March 9 - arrive in Myrtle Beach
